Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania (2023)
Got the disc finally so watched it again. Probably won't again anytime soon.
Horror in the High Desert (2021)
All thru this I was thinking "I know this story" even tho I've never seen the film. Turns out it's loosely taken from a real-life disappearance. Streaming on Prime and Tubi.
Horror in the High Desert 2: Minerva (2023)
Thought the first one was okay for a found-footage film. Wasn't particularly enthralled by this one. On Tubi.
Coraline (2009)
Finally scored a 3D Blu-ray of this one, adapted from a Neil Gaiman book. Very good.
Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)
Been a rough week. Needed more Spider-Man.
Them! (1954)
Classic 50's sci-fi with a load of familiar names, including some dude named Leonard Nimoy. At least this time James Arness gets to fight the monster instead of being the one fought against. On IndieFlix.

I'm sure I'll check it out despite my constant bellyaching about the found-footage stuff. BTW - there's a show called Real Life Nightmare on Max (and maybe Discovery...not sure) and the third episode of the third season covers the real case.

Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
Spidey, of course. What can I say?
Wolf Hollow (2023)
Eh, it was a cheap rental on Amazon. Decent enough werewolf suit for a low-budget indie.
Outpost (2023)
Escaping an abusive relationship, Kate (Beth Dover) takes a lookout job at a remote fire watch tower in the Idaho wilderness but doesn't quite find the peaceful solitude she hoped for. Written and directed by Joe Lo Truglio, possibly better known as Jake's partner/best friend on Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Decent and violent thriller for a first effort from a comedy actor. Be interested to see more as he gains experience. Streaming free on Plex.
Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor (2013)
A Doctor Who special that was released on 3D Blu-ray.
Barbie (2023)
Family members wanted to go and I've wanted to see it anyways. Funny with heart, and Margot Robbie is just...she's just really good as well as gorgeous.
Birds of Prey (2020)
I was still in a Margot Robbie mood and I love her as Harley.
Harland Manor (2021)
I was looking for something to watch while eating lunch and Tubi sent me an email saying this one would be gone in a week. Typical "ghost hunters investigating haunted hospital find what they were looking for" business. Nothing particularly noteworthy.

Time once again for overtime to severely eat into whatever time/energy I have for movie-watching...
Poltergeist (2015)
I know I've seen this but couldn't remember much. Got the 3D Blu for cheap so I gave it another shot. Still not especially memorable.
The Black Demon (2023)
Pretty much skipped the shark flicks this summer but had to try this after it hit Amazon Prime. Eh....
The Legend of Tarzan (2016)
Killed two birds here - another 3D movie and another Margot Robbie film.
To Catch a Killer (2023)
Decent thriller that I heard some folks at work saying good things about. Young cop finds herself drawn into the hunt for a mass-murderer.
On Hulu.
Cryptid (2023)
So-so film about a freelance reporter trying to uncover the truth behind some so-called bear attacks in a small Maine town.
On Tubi.
The Wendigo (2022)
Found-footage (but I watched it anyway) about some social media types trying to find out what happened to a fellow YouTuber who apparently got hauled off by *something* in the middle of a live stream. Maybe a little more actual action than most f-f films, with a bit of an Evil Dead influence. Plus it happens in my home state.
On Tubi.
The Martian (2015)
Another 3D flick, about an astronaut stranded alone on Mars trying to survive until a rescue can be planned. Great movie that looks fantastic (in 3D or 2D) thanks to Ridley Scott's direction.
Exists (2014)
Probably one of the best Bigfoot movies out there, as well as one of the best found-footage movies.
On Amazon Prime (and the major free streaming platforms, it appears).
Also finished watching These Woods Are Haunted on Max. Originally a Travel Channel show, I think. Maybe Discovery. Something like that. Documentary series with each episode covering two different stories of people encountering 'something' in, or at least near, the woods. Mostly Bigfoot but also ghosts, at least one alien, and more importantly a couple of Dogmen/werewolf stories. Fun stuff. I'll miss it.

1962 Halloween Massacre (2023)
The Rental (2020)
Spree (2020)
This is a crazy found footage flick. A Spree driver goes on a rampage, for clicks and views.
Absolute Beginners (1986)
Cemetery of Terror (1985)
An American Werewolf in Paris (1997)
Howl (2015)
Frankenstein (1984)
That one time the late Carrie Fisher appeared in an adaptation of Mary Shelley's novel.

Murdercise (2023)
Another low-budget/Kickstarted flick. An 80s-set "throwback" (but with many more tattoos and piercings than I remember the 80s having). On old, reliable Tubi.
No One Will Save You (2023)
New home-invasion film on Hulu. With the home-invader in this one being a full-on 'Grey' alien. Pretty fun.
Jurassic World (2015)
Since I watched the other dino flicks (and played Jurassic World: Aftermath) not too long ago, I figured I should work the last trilogy into my weekend 3D viewings.
Wolf Manor / Scream of the Wolf (2022)
Decent gore effects and an okay practical wolfman but fairly flat in the both the horror and comedy aspects. On Tubi as Scream of the Wolf. They also have the 1974 'Scream..." which I think is better.

Prey (2022)
I bought the Blu-ray because I have all the other Predator movies and I like the idea of streaming movies getting a physical release.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011)
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014)
Not too long ago it occurred to me that I hadn't seen the most recent 'Apes' trilogy and not long after that I heard there was another one on the way so I figured I'd better get on it. Unfortunately, the third one isn't currently on anything I have right now. 'Rise' is on Hulu/Tubi and 'Dawn' is on MAX.
Also finally got around to finishing The Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix.
