For those of you who have Wiis or Gamecubes, apparently the latest Legend of Zelda game is very werewolf-themed. Especially from looking at the front cover, anyway. I've never played any of them since I'm a PC/Xbox guy, but I've heard good things. I seem to remember one of them recently being voted the best computer game of all time.

Yeah, I need to get it but the places here still want close to $50 for a used copy.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this until now. I haven't played the game (been meaning to rent it), but here's some stuff from Amazon: "When Link travels to the darkened land of Hyrule, he transforms into a wolf and must scour the land with the help of a mysterious being named Midna." "One major new feature revealed in the game is that Link is now able to transform into a wolf. This gives him a whole suite of new features including the ability to "see" smells and access areas impossible as a human (or elf)."

I love this game, the Zelda games are some of my favorites. In this one, Link is occasionally sent back and forth between his world and a shadow realm. In the shadow realm, he is forced into the form of a wolf, though later on in the game you are able to switch back and forth between forms whenever you choose. As a wolf, he is able to run faster and jump further, as well as enter a sort of sense-mode that darkens the view but also allows him to see invisible enemies, scent trails, and items that can be dug up.

I own this game. I've always been a Zelda fan. It's actually very good...the best one in a very long time. I haven't beaten it yet, as I've been consumed by the newest entries in the Guitar Hero series! You can also pick this one up for the Gamecube as well. Although I can't see it being as good. The Wii-mote makes this game a lot of fun.
