Not quite sure how this one slipped by me. www.imdb.com/title/tt1056036/I came across it because Darkwolf Avenged submitted the novel to the new "other media" section; www.werewolf-movies.com/media.php?MediaID=5 So I looked it up and saw it was being made into a movie, currently in post-production. The movie stars Marc Blucas (Riley from "Buffy") and Naveen Andrews ("Lost") among others. It's being directed by Douglas Aarniokoski, whose first movie as an assistant director was "Howling VI". But lets forgive him for that, shall we? It's a shame the book is hard to coem by in the UK as i would have liked to have read it.

Well, I had no idea either, Noel - and it's one of fave werewolf novels. How silly do I feel?
Hopefully, they will do a decent job of it, allthough the director also made the rubbish Highlander: Endgame so i'm not holding my breath.

Well...he had help on 'Endgame' with a crap-tacular script and some other issues.
Maybe this will work out better.

Nice try with the trailer, but once you see the werewolf, all hope is lost. It looks like the ones from "The Dresden Files" show, where the CGI looks like a cartoon against live-action background. It's slightly better than the "Dresden" graphics, but not enough.

Yeah....I'm really really REALLY hoping this is a very early teaser and that's more a "werewolf goes here" marker than what they're actually going to try and pass off on the view public.

I'm with you Arclight. I really hope that's just an animation they've added so they can release the teaser trailer! That was terrible. Plus i find Naveen Andrews hard to take seriously since i saw him in Planet Terror!

Oh dear! Comparing anything to Uwe Boll is sooo NOT good! The entire film sounds as terrible as the trailer. I think I'll give it a miss. I don't want the stink to taint a book I really like  |
