Recognize the movie

I've been trying to find a move I watched when I was little. It was one of the first horror movie I watched but I can't remember the name. It's a werewolf movie with a bug-eating monster, and I think it's from the 80's. Also I remember the scene where werewolf is transforming while some guy is playing a violin.

Does anybody have any idea what's the name of that movie?

well, bug eating would make me think of Fright Night 2. Though that's a vampire film rather than a werewolf one (one of the vamps does look a lot like a werewolf though). Don't remember a violin though.

I know this won't help but this kinda reminds me of a vampire film, where this guy is a werewolf and hes the slave of this vampire, its on old B&W film.

My favorite Bela Lugosi movie, easily beats out Dracula for me.
