Watched a trailer for a new sci-fi film. To start with I thought it was going to be a thriller or war-type story, and when they first found the ship, I thought it was going to be a sub or half sunk vessel. Basicly the clip was:
A group of US ships on manauvers encounter a strange floating object in the sea. When investigated, the object lifts from the water, showing itself to be a large spaceship, which creates a forcefield around the fleet and a nearby island.
The ship looked good, it fittered into the clip nicely, it wasn't all shiny and sparkly, just a large solid metal chunky ship.
Will hunt out the trailer and a proper synopsis asap.
