Looking for especific werewolf movie

I am looking for an especific werewolf movie and hoping some of you could help me...

well, I saw this film many years ago... 1996 or something like that...

and what I remember about the movie are these things:

a) There were a kind of fellowship of werewolves conected all around the world

b) once in a year they look for a very small town over the world to attack and letting go their wild instincts against the people living in the town.

c) the fellowship had a leader. The members can transform into werewolves at will.

d) when a member of the fellowship died, the members meet in order to select candidates to pick a new member. The chosen one is a person who will be transformed into a werewolf.

e) One of the memebers died so they meet. choose and transform someone, but this person does not agree with the idea of being a werewolf and is determined to show the world the truth about the existence of the fellowship and the werewolves.

f) I dont remember how but a girl who has a tv news program gets involved in the story and becomes a she-werewolf too.

g) One of the last escenes of the movie presents this girl transforming into werewolf as she is hosting her tv news program.

h) many people think the transformation is only a way to get more rating for the tv news program.


So this is it...

I would be so grateful if I can figure out the title of the movie or more details about it...

G) The girl transforming on the news is definitely from the Howling.
B) About attacking an isolated town, Isn't from the Howling.

In fact B reminds me of 30 Days of Night, but that's vampires not werewolves.

3-there was guy and they abducted her wife and they bring her to castle and put some blood on her and her body Corroding
3-they bring a black women that i think is voodoo priest to help they
4-they turn to wolf when they having sex with each oders
i know its hard to find the movie with this kind of information but please help me

Sorry Shahram98, but that doesn't ring any bells with me. Only film I can think of where people transform after sex is 'Cat People', with Malcolm McDowell, but that's about people turning into Panthers not wolves.

This is The Howling 2.
It starts with Karen's funeral but since the silver bullets were removed she comes back as a werewolf.
Later in Transylvania Jenny is kidnapped by the werewolves and has blood smeared on her while held.
Oh, and the werewolf sex.
Definitely Howling 2.
