I think I might have to skip that one. How come? It looks kinda cheap, and no-budget. I might watch it if the wolf looks cool, but I have some thing about cinematography. Don't ask me why but if the film stock looks cheap then I have a hard time taking it seriously or getting into it. I like atmosphere and mood, and for me a big part of that is the film looking great as a whole. Shotty camera work just kills the mood and the look the film was trying to achieve.

Actually, I think it looks pretty good. Of course, I'm the kind of guy who rents a lot of the straight-to-DVD releases at Blockbuster, including ones I know nothing about.
It looks better than Rage of the Werewolf, which isn't really too hard. I've yet to sit through all of that movie.
On a related note, I once rented a vampire film called Reign in Darkness from Hollywood Video. The acting was horrible, the cinematography was crap, the special effects were cheap...and yet, for whatever reason, I couldn't stop watching it. I guess the story really interested me. So I think I'll enjoy Lycanthrope as long as the werewolf doesn't look like a cheap Halloween costume.

I agree, it seems like the more zero-budget movies you watch, the easier they are to digest. I even managed to get some enjoyment out of "The Howling : New Moon Rising" the other week, which was the last thing I expected. From the trailer, "Lycanthrope" looks reasonably well-acted and well-directed.
