Only one I can think of is Monty Python's Holy Grail - where they use a catapult

Monty Python and the Holy Grail
One of the best movies ever.
And Twister tossed one around a bit.

Okay. Can you recommend a good film where a cow gets flung into the air? A cow flies down through the air in Dog Soldiers ;D

I was thinking of "Rat Race" when the thought came to me.

I think we may have discovered a new "cow-flinging" movie genre. A CGI cow gets flung into the air by a truck in "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" and there's some cow-tipping in "Heathers", if that counts.

Ah the ultimate in drunken entertainment! The Cattle-pult!
Doesn't Jim Carry knock a cow flying in Me, myself and Irene?

Oh, man, I just remembered the first time I saw "O, Brother, Where Art Thou?" and my friend cracked up to a major degree when the cow got hit by the car. We had to rewind and watch it again.

Don't forget Big Bad Wolf is on tonight on Zone Horror, followed by Beast of Bray Road. Both worth watching once I think...

I hadn't realised that the Beast of Bray Road was on after it though. I did quite enjoy that. I wonder why BBW is on so late? You'd think they'd have had it at 9.00pm.

*May Contain Spoilers*
Finally sat down to watch this movie last night. I'd heard both good and bad things about this film so i tried to keep an open mind. The opening scenes showed real promise and i was looking forward to the envitable bloodbath i knew would follow their trip to the cabin. It was the first scenes at the cabin that slowly put me off this movie. The rape of the blonde student i found was entirely unneccessary and made uncomfortable viewing (well for me anyway.) There was no real suspense as to who the werewolf was. It was blindingly obvious from the moment you met the wife beating arsehole. Again it may just be me being overly sensitive but i hated seeing his interaction with wife and stepson and was really disturbed by his scenes with Sam (Kimberley Brown was excellent, although i've never seen her in anything else). He obviously loved being a werewolf as his banter with his victims showed. But i would have liked to see more about how he got infected in the first place. Although i hated the character and wasn't sorry to see him gone at the end i was forced to agree with him on one thing. A lot of these deaths would never have occured had not David taken those students upto that cabin in the first place.

hmmm . . . a bullied kid, tricks his enemies to go up to a cabin on a full moon where they all get killed by a werewolf - the bullies that is, the kid didn't go of course. Would make a change for the evil werewolf to actually be doing something sorta good.

Or the kid is the werewolf. That would seem to be the natural progression of things.

Funny you should say that, cause over on the IMDB list on Big Bad Wolf, there's talk about the sequal if it's ever made and one idea seems to be that the kid in the next film is the werewolf.
