I believe Marcus was saying that it sounds like a kid's show, just more violent. Reminds me of "Tales from the Crypt Keeper," the Saturday morning cartoon version of "Tales from the Crypt" featuring a nowhere-near-scary animated Crypt Keeper.

Yes, that's what I meant. Even came up with the cool title for such a show (see previous post). Got the urge to do a film idea now, so how about: Scene opens on a "hillbilly" looking man strapped down in a hospital room, muttering and drooling in his madness. The full moon shines down through floor to ceiling windows along the whole of the outside wall of the room. A nurse enters, with a covered tray. Setting the trail on the table at the side of the bed, she unbuttons the mans shirt, ignoring his garbled words. Then she checks his pulse, heartrate and eye responses. The man struggles against the straps holding his arms and legs in place, trying to break free. The scene changes to one from the outside of the hospital, looking back towards the floor where the room is. The night is broken with shrieks of pain and death . . . but a mans voice. Back within the room, the nurse recovers the trail, but leaving enough time to show a human heart within a metal bowl, and bloody scaples and other instruments at the side of it. The Nurse leaves the room, closing the door behind her. As she leaves you can see back over her shoulder a blood soaked bed, and the man with his chest splayed open, metal braces holding onto the ends of his split ribs. In another room, another man is strapped to a bed, This time he's a teenager. The door to this room opens, and a nurse enters with a covered tray . . .

Nice start. Is that werewolf related? Is the nurse a werewolf, or feeding a werewolf? Feeding a werewolf would be a cool setup for something.

The nurse once more places the tray on the side table.
Reaching down the side of the bed, she presses a button, causing the bed's hydrolics to move the teenager into a sitting position.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, the Nurse uncovers the tray. A bowl with diced red meat and a fork is shown. The nurse begins to feed the teenager one chunk of meat at a time.
The scene changes to a typical board room. One like you'd see in any mid sized company. The people sat around the oval table are dressed in suits, though not overly expensive ones. It's obvious that these people are not super rich, just average looking management types.
A female voice over the speaker in the middle of the table can be heard. She speaks of the progress of an infection, talking about incubation periods and rates of progression. From her words it becomes obvious she is speaking of test subjects, and an attempt to increase the level of infection within them appears to be the ultimate aim of these experiments. She informs them that current subjects have reached a saturation point of 0.76 with 80% failure rates.

If you want I can just tell you the plot outline idea instead I wasn't meaning to actually write it as a story, it just came out that way ;D

I don't mind the story. I just tend to zone out when I see numbers related to business talk.

The meeting ends, with instructions to gather the next batch of subjects.
The scene now changes to a fast flowing rural river that flows across the bottom of a field adjacent to a road. Here a family is picnicking and fishing. The family consist of a husband and wife, two brothers and a sister. The children look to range from a 13 year old daughter to the 18/19 year old sons.
After they have caught a couple of fish, and have sat down to cook them on a little portable stove, a police man approaches out of the growing dusk. He speaks with them about what they are doing, and they explain they live nearby, and decided to have a little family fun fishing. The police man asks them their name, and talks about fishing permits and such. In a casual manner, making it not seem as if he's deliberately drawing their attention away from the road where a van is parked, he moves so when they are looking at him, their backs are to the van.
From the side of the van, the barrel of a rifle can be seen to emerge. A few moments later, the father falls to the floor after being shot with a tranq dart. As the rest of the family turns, the police man draws a tranq pistol and shoots the two eldest boys. The Mother tries to fight back, but is punched to the ground where she is shot as well. The Girl in the mean time tries to flee, but is shot by the rifle.
A man gets out of the van, and helps the police man put the man and two brothers into the back of the van. After this, they throw the wife and sister into the river, where the current drags them over and over, and finally under the water.
They get into the van and drive away.

((it's starting to get more 18 cert now, you've been warned))
Once more the full moon is shining and the nurse ( the same one as before) is walking down a white corridor. There are doors alternatively spaced on both sides. She is pushing a trolly, which has several covered trays/dishes on it. Through the windows in the each door she passes, you can first see the 18 year old son, then the 19 year old one, than the father. Leaving the trolly in the corridor, she opens the door, and enters.
The camera pans up to the window in the door, where you see the nurse pull open a nearby draw, take out a white plastic box, which when opened shows a needle with a clear liquid in the receptical. She injects the father with this, then drops it down a disposal shoot. She checks his eyes and pulse, seeming satisfied, she turns and leaves.
Collecting the trolly, she continues down the corridor to a door further away. Putting the trolly at the side of the wall, she picks up one of the covered trays and holding it in one hand enters the room, the door swinging closed behind her.
The Camera pans through the window in the door, and over the shoulder of the nurse as she places the tray on a table at the side of the bed. On the bed is the teenage boy from the previous scene, bathed in moonlight.
After tightening the straps holding him down, she opens his shirt and performs a couple of medical checks. During this time the teenager seems to be growing aroused, watching her movements, looking down her dress, Trying to move his hands and head to her - though the straps prevent him.
Once the nurse finishes her checks, she moves to the tray. Pulling back the cloth cover, surgical instruments can be seen, as well as a metal bowl.
Picking up the scaple, she moves to the teenager, and begins to cut him open from neck to hips. As she works he screams and tries to thrash on the bed. The straps prevent him from moving significantly. As the nurse continues to work, pealing back his skin, and using other tools, cutting his ribcage. She uses metal struts which pull up from the underside of the bed to clamp onto the ribs.
The teenager's screams seem to deepen, and his eyes have taken on a more amber hue. Blood soaks into the bed from the wound the nurse is cutting, and from the teenagers mouth.
Once she has all the rods attached in place, she presses a button, and the metal struts all move, bending the bones back opening up the ribcage. As the teen goes into convulsions she quickly removes the heart placing it into the metal bowl, recovering it with the cloth.
She wipes herself clean, and changes her uniform, from several which are in sealed packets behind a cupboard door set into the wall.
Collecting the tray, she leaves the room. Once outside she wheels the trolly, to the far end of the corridor, where a medical dumb waiter with its doors already open. She places the tray with the heart into this, closing the doors at the touch of a button, then their is the soft whine as the dumb waiter takes the tray away.
