A film came out a couple of years ago called Wilderness.
About a group of teenagers from a remand centre in scotland that are taken to an island off the Scottish coast for some wilderness/bonding exercises.
Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view) someone on the island starts killing them off, with a variety of traps, weapons, and highly trained dogs (it's cause of the dogs I'm mentioning this).
I enjoyed the film. And personally having the dogs in it I think made it stand out from your normal teen slasher flick.
It had the bloke who played the sargent in Dog Soldiers in it.

God i hated this movie, i really did. Instead of wasting time getting them onto the island i'd have just bombed the remand centre and had done with it.

hehe, that could have been fun, but would have made a very short film Personally, I rather liked it. It'll not be a cult classic or in the all time best films list, but I thought it was entertaining enough to watch one evening.

The bit with the sarge from Dog Soldier's and the blokes dogs was interesting but i hate bullies so the film just made me mad!

Yeah, I loath bullies, and was firmly on the side of the dogs and killer.

I quite liked Wilderness. Not brilliant, but I thought it was a fairly good Brit horror/thriller.
I thought Severance was much better. More of a black comedy with stupid, drugged up Brits on a company team building get away in central europe getting slaughtered by local nutters. Danny Dyer doing his usual wide boy schtick, but a really good cast and some good gags. The bit with the bear and the bit with the missile being my personal faves.

Severance is good. I mix of gore, comedy, and very bad team building management.
