Telly.I love British people. Speaking of which, you may be able to answer a questionof mine. Americans call what you guys call a buiscit a cookie, so what do you call what we call a buiscit?

I think this topic should be reserved for Werewolf's charity run. Start a new topic if you want to talk about the idiosyncrasies of English and American speech.

No. I wish i could say i did but it was the most awful day of my life so far! I got heat stroke half way round but didn't realise, i thought i was just slightly dyhdrated and at 10miles i got such bad blisters on both my feet i couldn't run anymore and i couldn't walk properly either so i was forced to limp the remaining 3.1miles to the finish. As I headed down towards the finish the weather got colder because we were on the sea front and i wasn't moving fast enough to keep warm. I eventually limped accross the finish line a whole hour after my estimated time! It was a nightmare day. Once on the coach someone noticed how sun burnt my head had become (who gets sunburnt in October?) and helped me off the coach as i was about to be sick. Then it took us a whole hour after the event to get back onto the A1 because of an accident in South Shields. We stopped at a service station in Durham to use the toilets and the coach broke down. It took an hour for the AA to come and say it couldn't be fixed. 2 hours for another coach to arrive and 2 hours for us to get home. I eventually limped back through my door at quarter past midnight! But i did finish!
Thanks to all who sponsered me x
