hmm, wonder if it's just the 2nd one that does. Mine has a creamywhite splodge over the eye that you press to make it scream. Thought it was on both, but could be wrong. I'll have to have a look myself now when I get home (and just because it just gives me an excuse to make it scream again . . honest . .hehehe)

Heehee I just have the box set of the Evil Dead movies, which is very good except for missing the alternate ending to Evil Dead 2. Bruce Campbell is one of the few actors who I'll watch something just because he's in it, even his TV shows like "Brisco County Jr" or "Burn Notice". I haven't stooped as low as "Xena" yet but I'm sure I will in time, and I'm still trying to get my hands on a copy of "Jack of All Trades". "My Name is Bruce" has already had a limited release in the states, I doubt it'll even get that over here. My guess is it'll go straight to DVD. I'll keep a beady wolf-eye out for it.

I checked on amazon.com and there's no dvd advertised yet. I was once watching a really low budget movie on Sci-fi channel that had Bruce in it. I can't remember a whole lot about it but it seemed like people were hooked upto dream machines and this woman was with Bruce Campbell trying to get away from these people who were throwing people into machines that were like conbine harvesters and they made Bruce drink something that mad him go a little nuts........... It's about all i can remember but i do remember being very disturbed by it. Especially when they were throwing people in the harvester.

Never heard of Mindwarp, but I did recently see The Man With the Screaming Brain, which was okay. Like Noel, I, too, will see almost anything with Bruce in it. I recall that I once decided to never see Sky High, even though he's in it, because it looked so cheesy. But then they aired it for free on Disney Channel, and it wasn't so horrible. Bruce was a gym instructor who had super powered vocal chords.
I've not seen any "Xena" episodes with Bruce in them, though I did used to watch that show. However, I did get the first issue of Army of Darkness/Xena: Warrior Princess. You see, there's been an Army of Darkness comic book series going on for a while now, and a lot of storylines feature crossovers. There's Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness, Darkman vs. Army of Darkness, Army of Darkness vs. Re-Animator, etc. Now there's a Xena one, though it doesn't seem to quite fit into the continuity of the main series...I doubt it matters to most readers.
The plot so far is that one of the little Evil Ashes from Army of Darkness (the cabin scene after the mirror breaks) finds a mini-Necronomicon and uses it to go back in time, ending up in the middle of a fight between Xena and a monster who's trying to kill Bruce Campbell's character from the Xena show (his name escapes me). This disturbance in the time stream brings the wizard to modern times to get the real Ash to go back in time and stop Mini Evil Ash from screwing up the time stream. The first issue ends with Mini Evil Ash killing the king of the fairies and taking his throne.

I like sky high, thought it was funny. They overdid it just right I thought.
Atolicus (spelt very badly) is the character name in xena. Though he first showed up in Hecules.
The first episode Bruce is in, where Hercules is taking him for trail is probably the funnest episode. Bruce hams it up wonderfully as the King of Thieves. They tend to spoil the character in xena as they make him more a bumbling laugh than a King of Thieves.
Not that I watched those shows a lot *coughs* oh, is that the time, *coughs* I must be . . yes . . going now. . .

Army of Darkness vs Re-animator?? I'm not really a comics fan but that sounds well worth checking out! I've not read it yet, but I looked in one issue and saw Herbert West with about 500 heads on one body. Wacky. It's available as a graphic novel now. You should be able to find it on Amazon, along with other graphic novels from the series.

Wow, so what movie hasn't the Army of Darkness been up against!
And Noel as long as you only watched the episodes with Bruce Campbell in the world will forgive you. But i gotta say not even his presence could get me tuning into any of that crap. Now of Nathan Fillion starred in any, perhaps with his shirt off that would be different!
I've got a copy of Bruce's Autobiography on the way. I've heard it's a right scream! (No pun intended)

I forgot to mention Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash, which I think just finished or is close to finishing, so the graphic novel will probably be out by late summer or early fall. Unfortunately, despite having a subscription file at my local comic shop that includes AoD comics, this one wasn't ever pulled for me, so I'll have to look around for it.

It's the Evil Dead 2 special that has the scream when you press the eye. For some reason I thought they both did.
