I can't remember if we actually started a thread on this or if it was mentioned in another thread but i found a trailer for it on Bruce's official website It's looks really funny! www.bruce-campbell.com/pilot.asp?pg=mnibHope it's not long before i can get a look at the whole thing. Mind you i'm away on my jollies for 2 weeks now so........... I'm guessing the chances of running into Bruce Campbell in North Wales are pretty slim!

There has been a thread on this already, but since we're talking about the great Bruce Campbell, one thread is not enough.

Current Army of Darkness comic book storyline: Ash and Sheila have defeated the four horsemen of the apocalypse and the world has been set back to normal. Ash used his own blood on the last page of the Necronomicon to write/draw himself back home with everything back to normal, and it worked. Now he and Sheila are back at S-Mart, but Ash doesn't seem to remember anything about his previous exploits (Sheila does). Some demons arrange for Ash to take Sheila out to the cabin in the woods where everything started in hopes of it starting again. Ash keeps having visions of deadites and such, but doesn't understand them.
That's the 4-1-1.

It's new, they've only just release Issue 1 (though there is also an issue 0). It's a 5 part comic about a small town that's famous for it's "Big Foot" sightings. An ex-NYPD officer has moved to willow creek taking up the post of local sherrif. Then the murders begin. And it's definately not big foot that's doing them. For one thing whatever it is has a lot more teeth. www.zenescope.com/bookpages/wc01.htm

In my copy of Empire Magazine it's say that My Name is Bruce is due for a UK release sometime in 2009 however it doesn't say whether it will be a general release or a limited one.

Something tells me that it's liable to be shown in the big multiplex cinemas that have loads of screens, but most of the smaller cinema's are liable to pass it by (apart from those few that are Bruce fans).

Well i taped this a couple of nights ago on Sci-Fi and finally got round to watching it today. I love Bruce Campbell but this just wasn't as good as i had hoped. It had real potential to be funnier but just did seem to achieve it in places. It did however showcase the fact that Bruce is one of the few actors out there with enough of a sense of humour to take the piss out of himself and to make it really work in places. As a direhard Campbell i will of course be adding this to my collection at some point.
Anyone else seen it?
