You beat me to it. I was going to post a picture of some of the pages. You see Spider-Man, Wolverine, Giant Man, Luke Cage, the Hulk, Black Widow, and even Captain America as werewolves (a bit of an homage to the somewhat-silly "Cap-Wolf" storyline from years back). Don't know how, or even if, they're going to explain Ash escaping that situation. But he certainly has to, because Army of Darkness #14 is supposedly the start of Ash coming back to his world and taking on Evil Ash Prime.
Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness is a five-issue crossover between Marvel Comics and Dynamite! Entertainment that features Ashley J. Williams - fresh off of getting killed by a deadite-possessed Sheila from the AOD movie in Army of Darkness #13 - getting stuck in an alternate Marvel Universe where most of the super heroes and villains are becoming flesh-eating zombies.
The Marvel Zombie universe first appeared in the Ultimate Fantastic Four story arc, "Crossover" (issues 21-23), and was later given its own mini-series. MZ vs. AOD takes place during the beginning of the zombie takeover and actually shows the origin of the plague. The Marvel Zombies: Dead Days one-shot focuses on the initial spread of the virus and the remaining heroes' failed attempts to stop it. MZ vs AOD and Dead Days take place during the same general time, though there are noticeable inconsistencies between them.
The Marvel Zombies would later reappear in Ultimate Fantastic Four #30-32, and most recently in Black Panther #28, where the zombies enter the mainstream Marvel Universe for the first time.
EDIT: Oops, I was wrong. In Black Panther #28, the new Fantastic Four (Panther, Storm, Human Torch, and the Thing) end up in the Marvel Zombie universe, albeit on another planet.

Heehee, this does sound fun. I'm not generally a comics kind of guy, but where Ash and werewolves are involved I might make an exception ...
