I did suspect for a moment that it could be one of those fake grindhouse trailers, but the alleged director did exist and made many similar kinds of movies. I think it's real, but very obscure. Perhaps lost.

I checked IMDB and can't find listings for either of the actors names. Also, what was up with all the fried chicken at the end? That was weird, gratuitous fried chicken isn't something I expect to see in a werewolf movie. I don't know, man. I need to do some checking around.
The guys profile says he posts short films he's made, so I'm going to assume this is one of those "short films". Shame, it looked cool.

I will say that it seems a little long and shows a lot of the movie, which might indicate that it was filmed simply as a trailer.

Didn't the bucket of chicken give it away? Common, you must have noticed he was covered in fries on the last scene. KFC should alway advertise this way!
