New film staring Nicolas Cage and Ron Perlman.
Nicolas Cage plays a knight charged with the job of transporting a witch, who they believe to be the cause of the black death plague, to an abbey (at least I think it's an abbey) to be 'cleansed'.
The trailer I saw looked like it should be a good film. The special effects looked good, and the setting looked to have a dark realistic feel (apart from the witch's magic of course, we all know magic isn't re . . . gribbit-gribbit).

Is any movie with Nicholas Cage good? I can't think of one.

"Adaption", "The Wheater Man", "World Trade Center", "Leaving Las Vegas" I don't mind a bit of Nic C. Not a fan, but certainly not allergic to him... "Kick Ass" is my favorite movie of 2010, honest to god. Big smile on my face when I left the theater. Can't wait for the sequel!!!

Don't see his films being particularly bad. May have to throw away your brain as most are over-the-top but as long as you don't analys them and just go with it, I think they're fine.
Ones I personally rather enjoyed watching include:
Knowing Lord of War National Treasure Gone in sixty seconds Face-off Conair The Rock Trapped in Paradise
And a special mention to 'werewolf women of the SS', though I've not seen that.
The only one I've seen of his that I especially disliked was the Wickerman remake.

I quite enjoyed both Con Air and the Rock. I've seen a trailer for this and it actually looks quite good. I missed Kick Ass at the cinema which was disapointing because i really wanted to see it.

Just ordered Kick Ass today though I've got to wait for it's release which isn't for a couple of months.

I just thought Con-Air, National Treasure, The Rock, 8mm, and movies like that are just ok. They are regular old films that anyone will watch. I just go for the more monumental and terrifying ones.
This Season of the Witch may be different. I'll give it a chance.
