So we have a favorite werewolf movie scene, I thought I would try a favorite general horror movie scene. Mine would have to be from the Shining when Jack is following Wendy up the staircase and Wendy is swinging a bat at him.
"Wendy, darling, light of my life. I'm not going to hurt you. You didn't let me finish, I said I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just going to bash your brains in, I'm going to bash them right the fuck in."

Not exactly a scene, but the handyman in House 2 was great. When he lifted up the top tray of his tool box and had a sword at the bottom layer, and his business card had "handyman and adventurer" on it. They should have done a spin-off film about that handyman.

"Look! It's moving. It's alive. It's alive... IT'S ALIVE"
I'm not one for favorites or lists, since I keep changing my mind anyway, but some scenes you just can't beat...

God this is a hard one! I'm not sure what i would class as my favourite scene in a horror movie. I don't really class Aliens as horror but i do love the scene where Ripley comes out in the loaded and says "Get away from her you bitch!" That's a classic scene.

This is really hard to decide. Probably my all-time favourite horror film was Wes Craven's original The Hills Have Eyes, and one part that always stood out for me was wen Mars had just dragged brenda out of the caravan, put the gun to her head and pulled the trigger, but had no bullets left, so before running into the darkness he pulls her close and says to her "I'll come back for you later, girlie." It was scary and the way he said it was creepy enough to make MY skin crawl (the re-make didn't get it right).

My favorite scene is in Dog soldiers when they get attacked while running wildly through the woods, the leader of the troop gets slashed across the guts and he makes a remake about sausages, lol.

i loved the opening scene of dog soldiers, that is one of my favorite kill scenes. They way it was done and the way everything is quiet and you can only hear the struggle makes it seem real.
