Full Moon Fever

I'm sure this was announced a while back but I can't find a thread for it, so here it is. FULL MOON FEVER is an adpation of a graphic novel, to be directed by Simon Hunter, who describes it as 'a real high concept fun movie' and 'Dog Soldiers in space', which has got me hooked already.....

Eat synopsis:

'Set in the not-too-distant future, FULL MOON FEVER follows a group of blue-collar workers that are sent to repair the deserted first lunar base on the dark side of the moon; they soon discover they're not alone as they fall prey to a pack of ravenous werewolves. '

Yes, this has been mentioned previously. Perhaps when it was first mentioned on here it had a slightly different title? If so that would explain why you might have problems finding the original thread. Is this definately going ahead now as it's been a very long time since it was last mentioned and i felt sure it had been lost to development hell. It would be pretty cool if it was. I love the idea.

Well the director has just been attached very recently, so sounds like it's finally moving. Not sure if he's making this one or 'Safehouse' (a horror movie starring Lena Headey) first though.

I don't remember seeing a previous thread for this specifically, though I do remember it being in the upcoming film list on the main part of the site. I think it was referenced in a thread about something else, which would explain why its hard to find.

I've mixed feelings about this film. I'm hoping it'll either be done seriously, to off-set the slightly silly setting, thus balancing the film and making it nice and spooky. or it'll be off the wall zaney, like evil dead 2.
