I'm down with a "contemporary version of 'Creepshow.'" I doubt it'll be as creepy as "Creepshow"...no George Romero/Stephen King team...but still. Werewolves.

Over the last few days, I've seen a couple reviews of this one, one on bloody-disgusting (quite positive) and one on ain't it cool ("weird but fun"). Only the AICN one mentions werewolves, but it doesn't really say anything about them. There's also mention by a couple people on the board for the film's entry on IMDB that have seen it, I've been tempted to ask them about the wolves but have yet to do so.

Oooo this does look like fun. I really must get around to adding it to the website. According to IMDb it's now being released sometime in 2008, which seems a bit bizarre as it's obviously in a pretty much finished state and it would make more sense to release it at halloween.

Sounds good. I'll be adding it to my collection I think.
I remember the old trick r treat film about an undead rock singer and a possessed song/album. Was a bit strange, but the music was rather good if you like heavy metal.

Just got my copy of 300, and on the cover it says there's a special preview of the new Trick or Treat movie. Hopefully it'll show one of hte werewolves

Alas, no werewolves were seen in the trailer Did see someone dressed as red riding hood though Looked pretty good quality wise. In the trailer there was an emphasis on keeping the pumpkin jack-a-lantines alight.

If I had to guess, I'd say the part in the trailer where it looks like the girl is ripping the skin off her stomach is a glimpse at the werewolves in this one. If one is so inclined, there is a post on the message board for this film at IMDB that gives a detailed breakdown of the film's plot, and reveals exactly where werewolves fit into the story...
