That article says Sonja is the werewolf death dealer. I presume that means she "deals death" to werewolves, not for them. That wording is kind of confusing. Anyway, why do the vampires need a death dealer to kill werewolves in a time when they're more or less on the same side? Granted, the werewolves are their slaves or something like that, but still, they're all under the same roof.
Why are there no female werewolves? How do the werewolves reproduce?

I'm guessing Death Dealer is a more general title for the warrior caste. More along the lines of Soldier rather then specifically for killing lycans. I'd imagine they'd be the vampire's enforces and executioners. And only become more strongly tied to just fighting the lycans after the war had progressed.
Guessing werewolves reproduce the same as the vampires. They infect normal humans and transform them into a werewolf to increase their numbers.

I'm sure someone mentioned this, but the only werewolves we've really seen so far in Underworld seemed like a sort of underground guerilla resistance force. Perhaps they're more protective of their females than the vamps, and don't involve them in the fighting?

Well we know a werewold can get a vampire pregnant as that was why Victor killed Sonja. I would imagine they reproduce as humans would as wekk as being able to infect people with their bites.

So is it just me, or do the wolves in that footage look like they've undergone yet another re-design? The jaws look longer, etc. This seems borne out by the silhouettes at the official site too: www.entertheunderworld.com/. If true, I think it's for the better. |
