Just been reading that Warner Brothers are planning on remaking Steven King's IT into a film.
All I can think, is that it will either be a very very cramped film, or they'll be missing out a lot of stuff.
Hell, just the flashbacks from the TV series of when they were kids would make a film all of itself!

Unless they're considering a a two parter possibly?

Man, do I miss the days of the ABC mini series.
The Stand, the Stand, Storm of the Century...hell even The Beast and Creature.
They weren't particularly good programs, but they were fun events. I can't think of one that wasn't entertaining or engaging in its own schlocky way.

I liked The Stand, apart from the end. Also liked Rose Red, another Stephen King mini-series.

Once again I stand behind the fact that remakes are a bad idea.
