Okay, so, first off I have to acknowledge that this thread is in part a shameless plug since I worked on the movie, but who cares!
House of Bones is a surprisingly good Scifi Original movie filmed here in Louisiana. Sinister Sites, an obvious reference to Ghost Hunters, goes investigating an old haunted house shortly after a hurricane sweeps through the area. They're kind of desperate for ratings and the house has something like 60 disappearances attributed to it, so it's an obvious choice. They even get a local psychic to come with them! This is, of course, a terrible, terrible idea.
Their local hired help disappears pretty early on and then all hell breaks loose as the house wakes up, and it's hungry.
The CGI is really meh, but the prop work is really awesome. Especially a wall full of bloody bones that slowly heals itself as the house feeds. I'm totally not biased from having helped build that, not at all. Honest.
And honestly, the movie is overall pretty creepy. I give it 3/5 howls.
Also, if you keep an eye out, you can catch a glimpse of me in the background in one of the early scenes.

It airs on Scifi Channel regularly and I've found DVD copies at Best Buy.
