I'm sure you will get an opposing opinion for every response...
I found "Ginger Snaps Back," the third film more enjoyable that "unleashed," the second film. The third film had great atmosphere and an awesome setting. It was solidly grounded in a werewolf storyline.
The second film is good (don't get me wrong), but I found it focused on a secondary character (Ghost) too much at the expense of the werewolf element in the film.

I second that. Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning is a very good movie, the setting is fantastic and features one of my favourite scenes from werewolves movies ever, but i won't spoil it for you by telling you what it was. I found Unleashed a little depressing and a little disturbing in a couple of places. But one the whole i think you do need to see all three in order to form your own opinion. If you really don't want to though i recommend you check out Ginger Snaps Back at the very least.
Interestingly i found Ginger Snaps Back more enjoyable that the original Ginger Snaps.

I found all of the Ginger Snaps movies to be very depressing. They all feature very bleak views of humanity and the world at large (or at least Canada at large). None of them are bad (though the second one is bizarre), but the first one is the only one I'd watch again. That's just because it's been a long time since I've seen it, so I'd probably be able to view it through slightly different eyes.

I like all three of them, the third one being my favorite. The first one has one of my favorite opening credit scenes ever. Most people say that the first one is a metaphor for teenage hormones, but that idea annoys me so i ignore it. The second, which most people hate for some reason, I think is a descent follow up and has a very annoyingly great cliff hanger. Most people dislike this one because of its slow pace and lake of werewolf action, but the story is descent, the setting fits, and the effects are nice. Worth a look. The third one in my eyes is a masterpiece. As a general horror connoisseur I simply adore the atmosphere, setting, story, background behind the film, and effects. Though mind you this is a completely new plot that has nothing to do with the first two, the only this thats the same is the Fitzgerald sisters. This is one of those movies that every time i watch it I get something else from it that i missed before. Highly Recommended!

I like the 1st one most, than the 3rd one and than the 2nd one. Though I would say watch the 1st and 2nd one before watching the 3rd one. All three are good werewolf films. There is more humour in the 1st one than the other two, and the 3rd one is more classically a monster/werewolf type of film.

It's always a pain waiting for a delivery, especially as in your case, they sent the wrong one.

The Beginning was my favorite, with the first in close second. I think I just liked the overall darker tone of the third movie.

For me, the first one was the best of the lot. I wanted to like the third one more than I did. The little boy in it (the commander's son, I believe) just seemed weird (not sure why he was what he was) and poorly executed.

A great film and just so refreshing to have a good werewolf film out.
