I am directing a middle school spoof/farse about werewolf movies. I need theme music to play before show that would be like the old b & w movie themes for monster movies but we have no budget. Any suggestions? It should ultimately sound kind of comical or at least light hearted/melodramatic. Need mp3 or similar file types to play on an mp3 player into sound system.

There's quite a couple of sites which offer free stock music (registration is usually required), a google search for 'stock music' or 'royalty free music' and stuff like that should do the trick.
Better yet, make it yourself! There's plenty of frustrated musicians out there willing to donate a little of their time for free if it's a non-profit project. Film Making- or Amateur Musicians-forums might be a good place to start.

If you have a music department/class at your school, you could see about involving them in producing the score for you. And, as your spoofing werewolf movies you could look at doing something similar to An American Werewolf in London, where all the songs involved the word 'Moon'. If you have one or more that can sing, you could even have them as 'narrators' who sing about what's happening in places (normally as pauses between different scenes).
