A new series, that is on Netflix, out 19th April "A teenage girl is brutally murdered, sparking a hunt for her killer. But in a town where everyone hides a secret, will they find the monster among them?" I saw a transformation clip, which gives me high hopes for this series, as it was pretty brutal and gory. The wolf literally grows inside the person, splitting their skin apart as it grows out of them. here's the link to the clip www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNieysjSZW4It is full of teen actors, so it may end up a little too twilight for it's own good. But after seeing the transformation I have high hopes for this series to have some serious bite to it.

Watched a couple of episodes of the show now. So far it's been okay. The dialogue in places were a bit stilted, and the growing friendship between the two protagonists seemed disjointed and rushed. The werewolf transformation in episode two is great. So far their has been two deaths, neither was gory, but the after shots of the bodies when discovered looked appropriately mauled to death. So far it's about a 3 out of 5.
In addition to the werewolf attacks, and the gypsey werewolf that's moved to town. They've introduced the following:
An upir - which is a Russian Vampire (that can go in daylight, and doesn't know what he is) Mad Scientist - who did something bad that no one'll talk about A Girl - looks like she's Frankenstein's monsters daughter (or an alien crossbreed maybe).
If they improve the dialogue script when the two protagonists are talking to each other than I'd add a point to the rating.
That werewolf transformation is excellent in how the wolf rips out of the person (reminds me of the one in company of wolves).

Seen most of the episodes now, and for most of the middle of the series the werewolf aspect is on a back burner, and they're concentrating on the other plotlines centered around the family that owns the big medical facility and seems to have owned half the town at one point in their history.
But Full moon is happening next episode so hopefully werewolf goodness will be back.

Last two episodes of the series were good. Answered the main question, had a few surprises, and gave a hint as to the core plot for the next season (if they do one, it's feedback has apparently not been great).
The werewolves in this series turn into full wolves, though bigger than normal ones (no where near the size of twilight ones though). And they look so much better that twilight ones too, actually dangerous looking.

Glad to here that Keywolf, hopefully they'll iron out some of the dialogue problems and it'll become a really great series.
