wondering if anyone would happen to know which movie this is that i have some distant memory of...

i saw it when i was really young, maybe late 80's or early 90s.

one scene had some kids trying to get away from it on their bikes in the woods and one by one it caught up with them, the very last boy a some what fat kid as far as i remember had a nick name of something like piggy or pigsly, all i remember was a shot where blood was running down his glasses.

another scene had a guy running from it and you saw it from the wolfs pov as the guy is running through a school hallway and i remember him pulling lockers down behind him to try and slow it down..

its been killing me that i cant remember :-)

Hmmmm that does sound kind of familiar? I'll do some digging around and in the meantime i'm sure one of the others will come along and know it straight away!

Off the top of my head the only film I can think of with a fat kid called Piggy and a scene where he has blood running down his glasses (after having a rock dropped on his head) was Lord of the Flies, but that's not a werewolf film, nor does it have bikes in it.

Was the view from the werewolf's POV normal looking, or black & white, or had another kind of effect on it?

The Monster Squad has a group of kids in it, one of which is fat, but not seen that in ages so don't remember if there is a chase on bicycles in it.

So not much help I'm afraid. have you looked through the A-Z of werewolf films on this sites Database?

Yeah i've checked through the A-Z but will look over it again to double check.

I don't think the wolfs pov did have an effect on it but i can't be 100% sure... which is a real pain..

i'm going to try remember more details and get back to you if i can remember anything further!

I looked back through the movies on the database and i can't find anything that seems a winner on this one. Do you have access to Facebook Ashcat? There are some horror movie fan pages that perhaps might be able? I did a few Google searches but the only thing it brought up was the over page you had asked for help on. It's a puzzler....

Is it possible your mixing two films together? or that it was an episode from a TV Show?

I don't think i am mixing any thing up, but it was a very long time ago but i remember both scenes clearly. I'm still spending a bit each day looking around, i'll be back as soon as i find anything.
