I did a Search but probably screwed up how far back to look. I generally do 1000 days but maybe I did 100. I am not myself lately, maybe something to do with the moon.

Was more like due to it being buried within a list of films rather than having it's own thread title that missed it. Besides giving it it's own thread makes sense when you have things like links or proper synopses.

I like that face, a very canine look suggesting serious savagery. But with that unruly hair he will never be allowed into Trader Vic's. Can't wait for the teaser. Hope it is good enough to get financing. We need more real werewolf movies.

Does look like he/she is having a bad hair day.
Perhaps someone defended themselves with a hairdryer?!

The title Autumn Moon and the tagline "even a man who is pure in heart" are references to the Lon Chaney movie The Wolf Man (1941). While I have no problem with loads of gore and violence - things not allowed in 1941 - I hope that there is more to the plot than that. Chaney portrayed an unwilling angst-filled monster. Might we expect something similar? The extreme gore and violence caused by the dark side character could certainly generate loads of angst in the unwilling cause. And hopefully there will be a satisfying resolution. In the 1941 version, the father unknowingly kills his son who is the werewolf. In the remake, the switch is that the father is also a werewolf, a clever twist ruined (IMO) by the extended CGI fight scene. I can think of a couple of new twists that could reference those movies. Setting us up to expect the more obvious one and switching to the less transparent one would be 'just right'.

While I'm here I figured I'd give this another bump. Wish I weren't so broke and that they weren't pretty much promising us next to no hours at work for the next few weeks.....
But if *you* want to pony up for a good cause, this looks like it might be one:
