Zombie JFK, the year is 2024 and scientists have perfected the 'bio-electro stimulent' a radical new drug which kick starts the life process in deceased flesh. Political corruption is at it's height and a radical minority party has had enough. They arrange for the drug to be stolen and then from a top hat, pull the name of one of the past great presidents - JFK. Digging up his remains they apply the drug and plan to have him as their candidate in the next election . . . things don't quite go to plan when the drugs side effects start to show.
