Remake of The Howling

Andrés Muschietti, director of the IT movies, is apparently going to do a remake of The Howling for Netflix. Lots of good things happening on Netflix, not the least of which is Stranger Things.

Hoping to find some further news on this subject, I went a-googling and turned up the fact the The Howling Reborn (2011) is available for streaming dubbed in Hindi. It might work better than way.

As far as a remake of The Howling by a credible director, it still appears to be only mythical.

Obviously, I'm all in on the idea of a new werewolf movie, especially if it's given a little bit of a budget to do it right, and I'd be happy for it to be in the "Howling" universe but I don't care for the idea of an out-and-out remake. Assuming it ever happens, I'll get it anyway so what do I know?
