Okay, yes, I know 'May the 4th Be With You' is a bad pun and the official STAR WARS premiere date is the 25th but hey, it's STAR WARS and any reason to celebrate it on whatever day you pick is A-OK by me.
Currently watching my copy of the DeSpecialized version of the first one. Will probably squeeze in EMPIRE and JEDI along the way...

I liked the unmodified original better than the 'many storm troopers' version. In fact it is my favorite of the entire series. I recall seeing it in the movies. The rolling text, like the old Flash Gordon serials and the huge spaceship (and that 'feel it in your abdomen' bass) really did it for me. EDIT: And I almost forgot. Han shot first! |
