We have a new person start at my worker place this week, really nice young canadian women and this morning whilst i was watching that Geek News video clip on Skinwalkers this started asking me about my ww movie obsession and whether i read any books on them. So obviously i said yes but that i found it disapointing that, like movies, they were so few and far between. She asked me if i'd ever read any of kelley Armstrongs books and what i thought of them. So i told her i was a really big fan of the ww stories but that i'd not read any of the others yet and you'll never guess! She's only her bloody cousin and they speak on the phone all the time!
How small is the world?

That's very cool!! I've not read any of her books, are they horror or more drama style? and are they set modern day? - I guess I should really just go look up the books on fantasticfiction or amazon and read about them

I've read "Bitten." It's modern, set in New England and Canada. The protagonist is the only female werewolf in the world, and she's defected from her pack to try and live as close to a normal life as she can in Toronto. The pack calls her back, because a group of pack dissenters are trying to overthrow the pack so they can be free to kill and do whatever they want. It's not bad, except for the three random sex scenes that actually made me hate the main character for a short period.

How small is the world? You lucky...person you. That is so cool! I've read and own all the Otherworld books and am a big fan of them especially the Werewolves - Elena, Clayton, Jeremy, Nick, Antonio and the rest of the pack. You should read the witch books with Paige, Lucas and Savannah (Dime Store Magic & Industrial Magic). They're great, too. Kelley is an excellent writer and probably my favourite at the moment. Her books are aimed mainly at the female audience, but they are so rich in character while being witty, sexy, violent and just plain fun that they should appeal to those of both genders who just enjoy well told supernatural/horror thrillers with great characters. Please pass on through your colleague to her cousin the best wishes and thanks from her UK fans for the great books and for giving us some great werewolf tales. Oh, and send a beg from me for more of the pack please ;D

I've not read any of the witch books yet but i'm intending to. The minute my colleague says she off home for a vacation i'm gonna leg it home and send her back with all my ww series for her to sign!
Plus i'll pass on the request for more from the pack!
