Or they did the survey in mental institutes. Or people that have moved here from other countries.
Not that I'm saying the two are related, you understand, just that neither tend to have a firm grip on British history, and considering our education system can barely bring people born here up to scratch anymore . . .

well they prob did the survey in slough hence the results,they did a survey there the other week and found only 40% spoke english so what can you expect.
