I was at a local video rental store today and came across a movie called "The Feeding." At first, I figured it was just another one of the 8,627 vampire b-movies that come to DVD every year. But I noticed that the tagline was "Half Man, Half Wolf, All Hunger" or something like that. I read the back, and it summarized as something to do with hunters going after a big wolf monster around full moon time. They seemed to be avoiding the word "werewolf," but I've seen that happen before. I assume it's still a werewolf movie.
I didn't rent it because this particular store charges a lot for new releases. I'm going to check Blockbuster and/or Hollywood Video later this week. I know straight-to-video werewolf movies aren't always so good, but "The Beast of Bray Road" was surprisingly watchable, so here's hoping...

Damn it's been quite on this forum lately, I thank you for posting even the slightest thing to keep things going You guys are lucky, the video-rentals in my neighboorhood only have films produced by mayor studios, and very very very few independent stuff. It's the recent big-budget stuff, or no wolfies at all not fair really Anyways, pity I failed posting Paul Naschy's birtday on the forum, my computer had the flu. The only things still going on here are the waiting for the "El Retorno del Hombre-Lobo" DVD which I will have imported from the US as soon as it hits the stores, once released I will also purchase the "100 Years of Horror" show hosted by Chritopher Lee featuring an episode about Werewolfs, once I've watched them I will probadly review them on the forum in the same way I did with "Furia del Hombre-Lobo"...

Quick update: I'm watching the film now. It's medium budget...better than films like "Rage of the Werewolf" and "Blood of the Werewolf", but slightly cheaper than "Beast of Bray Road". The acting is pretty dull; most characters' lines sound forced. The guy playing Jack, the wild animal hunter, is pretty good, though.
So far, there are two plots: a wild animal is killing lots of animals and people in the forest, so they call a specialist (Jack) in to help hunt it down. Meanwhile, a group of youths are camping and hiking in the forest, and something seems to be watching them...oooooo, spooky.
