I saw a magazine ad for the American DVD release of the Naschy movie, "El Retorno de Hombre Lobo" as part of a series called the "Spanish Horror Collection." I found it on Amazon.com. Here's the cover... There's also a movie called "La Rebelion de las Muertas" as part of the series. It's a zombie movie. This series may lead to a bunch of Naschy movies being made available nationally, at least in the US and Canada.

Yeah I posted quite a lot about this release quite some time ago. The DVD release itself seems to be the definitive edition of this movie, but the releasing itself is complete hell, since the date of released has been changed three times. Amazon.com has it "ready for shipping" although it actually doens't hit the selfs till early 2007, which sucks case I already ordered it on Amazon. I really wonder when this one finally gets out.
Ow well, I'll just settle with "The Dalek Collection" DVD box set for now...

as far as the print is concerend, no problems there...this seems to be the definate edition. These screen caps taken from the screener version were posted by Mirek Lipinski (or however you spell it) who is the webmaster of naschy.com, who gave some advice of source material, length etc etc on this release. they look stunning... The film will have both the origional Englisch ans Spanish language tracks, and sadly wont be out until early 2007, (although Amazon.com lists it as ready for shipping, which is not treu) Mirek should really join this forum it would be cool to have THE Naschy fan around here...although I geuss he would make me look like an amateur

Now understand the torment of waiting for this DVD. first ordering it, then not getting it, then hearing the release date was moved a SECOND time. It has to be worth it, it just has to be...
