I'm REALLY getting excited about this one, many websites start reporting the release, so it seems the waiting is almost over for Naschy nuts like me. As soon as naschy.com mentions the release has been confirmed, I'm racing to amazon.com (while I'm at it I'll also order "In Search of Dracula")
PS Daleks have been capable climbing stairs since way before the new series, in "Remembrance of the Daleks" (season 25) the first episodes cliffhanger features one hovering up ready to exterminate the doctor. Don't like flying Daleks....daft idea if there ever was one

Don't like flying Daleks....daft idea if there ever was one I stand corrected. But since i never watched any of the original series i honestly thought the stairs thing was new. In fact i don't think i ever saw an episode of the original series when it featured daleks. I'm sure i saw a TV film that starred Peter Cushing?

Yeah I love those. I recently bought "The Dalek Collection" which featured Cushing as Doctor Who. Not as good as the show, but still very underrated. BBC should rerun some origional episodes, considering the succes of the new show. They may have done so already on BBC 3, but I haven't been able to recieve 3 till recently, so lets do it again guys Upcoming new Doctor Who episode will feature the Daleks. hmmm...is this still about "El Retorno del Hombre-Lobo"

Peter Cushing's best movie was definitely "Biggles: Adventures in Time".
What movie was this thread about again?

I really want to see "Biggles", because of Pete and John Deacon, who was in the band who played the opening (closing?) song "No Turning back now", but beter known as bass player for Queen, which is my favorite band. I did see the music video for the "Biggles" song, it features Peter Cushing very briefly (I might have seen it on youtube)
wasn't this origionally a thread for some Italian flick that came out on DVD last month?
