I officially, unofficially own Monster Squad now. They never released it on DVD in the country, for God knows what reason, so I downloaded it and finally got it burned onto a DVD. I love that movie!

I am against downloading movies when availble, and even if I wasn't I woudn't know how to But if studio's and related company's refuse to release the movies we love they leave us no choice. The two illegal items in my collection are "Los Monstruos del Terror", a damn cool movie. If they ever make an official release i'll be the first one to buy it. the second is a super cheap copy of Van Hesling I bought in Turkey, I won't give Universal Studio;s the pleasure of me owning an official release of that godforsaken movie

I just can't understand studios reluctance to release some movies onto DVD? I would love to own an official copy of the She-Wolf on London on DVD i know you can get it pirate but i am reluctant to do so.
I know Van Hesling wasn't everyones cup of tea but i found it quite entertaining. Werewolf was crap but i've seen much worse movies! I bought it when it dropped down to £5.99 in the sales. Mind you i would have paid full price just to see Hugh Jackman rip his shirt off just before he transforms. But i'm guessing that probably wouldn't have interested you guys!

It's a pity about how "Van Hesling" turned out, cause I like Hugh Jackman. The character was probadly written as it appears in the final film, so I don't think he had much to say. I miss Peter Cushing

She-Wolf on London is easy to find on dvd. its in the wolfman legacy dvd box. We're going to have to start being more specific about that one. She-Wolf of London TV or She-Wolf of London movie? I'd maim to have the TV series in an official, uncut DVD set. (and already have the Wolfman Legacy box, of course)

I'd seen the old hammer & universal films but not yet seen An Amercian Werewolf in London so this seemed a huge deal for me! I think i was about 9 or 10 when it was showing on sky and my parents decided that since i wasn't frightened of Randi's transformation (not that there were that many!) i could try watching AAWIL. I've never been so amazed in my life and i was definately more fasinated that frightened, until he's dreaming about those nazi pig things, that scared me! Give me a werewolf any day!
