I think your right Noel. Without Kevin McKidd it's pretty much dead in the water. I suppose you could still have ryan's men as the ww but have them target some unsuspecting campers or something like that. It's such as shame. They should have left Cooper or Sergeant Wells alive and perhaps we might have had a sequel by now. I'm well miffed.

I agree, that with the loss of the surviving actor from the first film, kinda pointless trying to have the story run-on from where the first one ends.
As mentioned already, they could just using the setting, and have a different story, set a year or so later maybe.
It was a big shame they didn't get their finger out and make the sequal a year or two after the release of the first one.
They could do another "try to catch a werewolf in the wilds" film. But this time from the point of view of those trying to do the catching, or even form the werewolves point of view even.
I hope they don't do the same as they did with the sequals Queen of the Damned and Dracula 2, and have different actors playing a key character from the first films.
My eagerness to see this sequal is fading like the moons waning cycle.

The only spam I like, is when it's in a spam fritter, or in a monty python scetch.

I'm really looking forward to the Wolf Man remake. I don't generally like remakes, but if a movie's 60+ years old, it's not as bad as remaking a movie from the 80's which still has the same power today as it then did. Besides, it just looks fucking good, man. Benecio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins and Agent Smith. Fine line-up, there. Plus the Wolf Man make up looks great. Very true to the original, actually maybe a bit too true to the original. Plus the dude who wrote it also wrote Seven and 8mm, two great thrillers, though I wish they'd chosen someone more proven in the horror genre as director.
Besides that, I'm looking forward to Dog Soldiers: Fresh Meat, even if is being Americanized and dumbed down, and no one from the original is returning, the soldiers vs. Werewolves concept will always have me excited.
Death Walks the Streets looks to have potential, but damn has that movie been in pre-production for like 6 years or what? Benighted was a good book, should make an interesting adaptation. Also, wasn't there one with Eric Stoltz?

I've either not heard of Death Walks the Streets, or I've completely forgotten about anything I've been told about it. Will have to go look it up.
