Fear Itself is going to be a 13-episode anthology series in the vein of Masters of Horror airing this year on NBC. A recent press-release gave synopsis of the different eps. The whole thing can be found at www.aintitcool.com/node/35827, but of most importance to this group would be this: "Something With Bite" is a reinvention of the classic werewolf story from writer Max Landis ("Masters of Horror"), the son of John Landis. Ernest Dickerson (NBC's "Heroes") will direct.

Sounds good! Tho I loved Masters of Horror (season 1 anyway) I wasn't sure if I was gonna bother with Fear Itself cos it sounds like it's gonna be a bit toned down, like 12-rating style. But I'll definatley give this one a watch.

Yeah, no doubt the series will suffer somewhat in the confines of network television, but hopefully we can still get an interesting new werewolf tale out of it.
