They should make more that are 18 or R certificates rather then the pg13 stuff that's been coming out recently.
Film 1 Should do a zombie style werewolf film. Where the infected quickly grow in numbers until they outnumber the survives who have to flee for their lives. A ravening horde of claw and tooth.
Film 2 Werewolf likes hiring hunters - organising hunting trips - to go off into the wilds, where he then reveals what he is to them, and offers them a deal that if they can get back to the helicopter, than they can go free. At which point he'll hunt them for sport and fun. Maybe a little humour in this one.
Film 3 Victorian town setting (sweeney todd/sleepy hollow style), where a werewolf is hunting down a group of ex-army people who whilst in the army had gone abroad together and killed the werewolf's family. Strong emphasis on stalking and suspense.
Film 4 A street gang are actual werewolves, who's initiation rites include turning the new members into werewolves too. A family moves into the area, and the two sons and daughter gets mixed up with the gang. - an extreme film, brutally keeping a feeling of reality of gang life - but with the werewolf element adding flavouring.

Those are all good ideas. That first one is something I've been toying with writing about quite often recently. I think I was inspired by crisscrossing "Underworld Evolution" and "Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness"; when a werewolf kills someone, the dead body is reanimated and becomes a werewolf. They would be a lot harder to fight off than zombies, though theoretically, they could be killed by being shot in other places besides the head. Unless you adhere to the silver-only rule, in which case, there doesn't seem to be much of a point to making this film, as everyone's going to die in the first ten minutes unless an army of Moon Knights shows up.
I'd like to see a combination werewolf-vigilante/super hero movie, kind of like your 3rd idea. They've kind of got that going in the "Astounding Wolf Man" comic book, but I'd like to see something with a little more horror mixed in. Maybe something similar to "Darkman" or "Spawn," but written and acted better than the latter.

I think they should make a movie about the werewolf soldiers of Captain Ryan's special forces. They could stumble across a guy called Cooper whoose just escaped from a farmhouse full of werewolves and lost his entire squad. They could call it something like Dog Soldiers 2: Fresh Meat!

Marcus's idea #4 sounds a bit like an idea a friend and I came up with about a gang of NYC werewolves defending their territory against an encroaching gang of south american were-jaguars (descended from Olmec sorcerers), and naturally there's a mixed-species starcrossed love affair. Oh yeah, and it's a musical! Sort of the Howling + Cat People + West Side Story. We were just joking around, of course.
The one thing I was working on seriously is "Dark Calling".
The idea is that in the course of your life you build up a charge of positive "life energy", and if your energy is in the negative, your soul is stuck in a rotting dead body and will disintigrate along with the flesh. You stagger around as a zombie desperately sucking energy out of others just to keep going (turning them into negative-energy zombies, too). By day the main character is a therapist who works with troubled youths; by night, he stalks through the city ripping apart zombies. He's stopping the plague spreading as best he can.
He's getting old, though, and he's begun looking for someone to pass the job along to, the way he was drafted by that elderly shaman when he wandered away from a Boy Scout jamboree forty five years ago. The werewolf has been secretly going through the files of his clients, looking for a young person with the right rage inside to be a powerful fighter, and has i narrowed down to a small group. He takes them out into the woods for what is supposed to be a "wilderness therapy" week, but which will actually be a series of tests to determine who'll take his place.
So we've got the basic cast of youthful cannon fodder stranded in the woods that low budget horror movies love so much, trying to fend off the sudden army-ant-like wave of zombies stumbling through the woods., plus there's the fun of seeing a nine foot tall, fanged & clawed killing machine set loose against a horde of zombies (to a werewolf, they must be like Snausages!).

I like the idea of werewolf movies in historical settings, and werewolf cross-genre movies, like with zombies and such. I have a few specific ideas, but you filthy leeches aren't laying your grubby little mits on them!

I would like to see a movie that does not have the always present "Nobody believes in werewolves so the first half of the movie will be convincing them that they exist"
I would have a small mountain town where everyone knows that werewolves do exist and they stalk the woods during the full moon. People do not talk about it but the town shuts down on the full moon and its residents bolt their doors and holeup in panic rooms with silver bullets. Nothing is done for many reasons it is not clear who is a werewolf and some believe whoever is one is not evil and not responsible for their actions, in the past those who have spoken about what goes on have met untimely deaths and there is a concern that the government would wipe out the entire population as had been done to a similar community many years before. Basically if they knew about this they would just come in and kill everyone and track down those who had moved away to ensure the destruction of all werewolves. The local police cover up the killings of hikers and campers and out of towners are told in no uncertain terms they should move on as quickly as possible. Many say as long as they remain safe then things should not change and the fear that should they try to do something they will wind up dead. The werewolves need them in order to keep things quiet and safe and to protect their secret from Outsiders. People have enough silver bullets to protect themselves but they are prevented from making more as silver is kept from being brought into the town and sold at local stores, the mail is checked and cars are searched upon entering and leaving. Generations have decided its best not to talk about it and live normal lives outside of the time of the month when moon is full moon. The town is split with many wanting to destroy the werewolves and others saying there is no reason as long as they remain vigilent in keeping safe. Regardless of their feelings nothing is ever done.
A group of new people move in and for the first time werewolves have attempted to get at towns people while they are barricaded in their homes. Soon people begin to worry and a small group attempts to start smuggling in weapons to make a stand against the werewolves.

I would also love to see a sleek remake of the Beast Must Die with the same basic premise but a few changes. No "Werewolf Break" for starters. I would have it take place on a small private island. The Calvin Lockhard character is again an avid Hunter and successful business man. He lures those who may be a werewolf to the island telling various stories, he wants an artist to paint a portrait of him, a writer will be given access to him to write a profile, a singer will be paid for what was supposed to be a private performance, and the doctor Peter Cushing character was promised a large donation to allow him to continue his work.
Upon being dropped off the boat leaves and rather than him greeting everyone pretending to be shot he draws everyone's attention to his boat house and there is an explosion destroying all boats left on the island. This is after the boat dropping them off had given a tour showing a private aquarium which surrounds the island and is full of various dangerous animals including shark and deadly jelly fish.
I would have the character played by Peter Cushing in the original be combined with the character who installed all the security features. He is not there because he is suspected of being a werewolf but rather to aid in the hunt. He objects at first but the promise of a wire transfer of a large amount of money is too much to resist. I would leave out his wife being bitten by a werewolf and instead have him attempt to protect her at all costs. Doing this causes him to be torn between protecting her and engaging in the hunt.
The guests are all in separate bungelows instead of a main house. I would have a twist where more than one guest is a werewolf. He goes on the hunt and in the helecopter, which I would change to a dune buggy, he kills one werewolf but in doing so he uses much of his ammunition. The ammunition he had stored would be destroyed by the other werewolf leaving a rifle with three bullets and two 44 magnums each loaded with six silver bullets one that he wore on his side and one that he had forced his wife to keep with her at all time. Upon making the kill and announcing this the remaining guests are stunned. Soon one is found torn apart after stating he was disgusted be everything. Then the main character his wife and the doctor barracade themselves in the house with the one guest who stayed to talk about the initial hunt. Communication is down destroyed by the second wolf who destroyed the ammo and they wait and decide what to do and speculate which one of the remaining three guests is the werewolf. As this all unfolds the main character becomes more and more unhinged as in the original. Rather than being bitten in the end he would manage to kill the other werewolf but goes crazy as a result and is shown committed in an asylum in a straight jacket as the moon rises. You hear a doctor monitoring him state that he had killed two people he claimed werewolves, his money ensured a jury found him not guilty but he then kept accusing people of being werewolves, he is agreeable most days but absolutely goes crazy when the moon is full.

An alternative version of A Beast Must Die could be good, horrorfan. Though I'd not go quiet so far as to have kill animals swimming about the seas around the island to keep people on.
Simplier would be that he's got blackmail evidence on each of them that if sent to the police would convict them of various crimes and put them on death row - this could be linked to why he invited them (the whole eating someone reason in the orginal). So they have a vested interest in staying, because he'll give the evidence to each survivor at the end.

So they have a vested interest in staying, because he'll give the evidence to each survivor at the end. I really like your idea and think its great. He could say that one way or another this full moon will be the last time the werewolf win run free and it will be stopped by either his bullet or a cage. The Beast Must Die really should be remade. If it had a large enough budget to have sick werewolf and to have an allstar cast it could wind up being the great modern werewolf movie the Wolfman wanted to be. My ideal cast: Samuel L. Jackson in the lead Anthony Hopkins as The Cushing character Adrien Brody as the guy who had gone to school for eating flesh while in med school. Patrick Stewart as the guy who had played Blofeld in Diamonds are forever. Angela Bassett as the leads wife I would add other characters including a wealthy business man who had been in a severe accident and paralyzed and traveled the world looking for a cure to allow him to walk again which he found, the suspician being he was bitten by a werewolf which allowed him to heal. A female cryptozoologist in place of the female that was the opera singers girlfriend and friend of his wife. She has written the leading scientific studies on wolves and upon people reading them say that she thinks like a wolf. I would make the opera singer a world renowned magician/illusionist. The theory being that his illusions can't be explained and that it might not be a werewolf in the traditional sense but a shape shifter. I would not have him be a werewolf in this film so as to not have it be predictable. I would also add a retired MMA/fighter type character the basis of his inclusion being that it seemed he was never able to hurt and always appeared to heal faster than most in his sport. There was controversy over this eventually they wanted to test his blood for illegal substances to explain this and he refused and instead retired. I would have a retired military man who was MIA for a period in an area where werewolves were thought to inhabit. He survived for a month and made it out alive when the elements and the enemy should have killed him. Finally I would have a maid character who was just starting her job. It would turn out she was hired specifically because research indicated that she had relatives thought to be werewolves. I think this is a movie that really should be remade.

I hope you guys copyrighted all these concepts... I'm stealing two at the very least, sending them to Warner right now! See you in court Please do!!! I would like to see a good werewolf movie. I will tell you that I have a million of these. I also have an idea for a TV show. The concept is Werewolves have gone corporate and are intent on taking over the modern world. One aspect is taken from True Blood and how vampires amass fortunes because they do not die, in this case its werewolves who have amassed fortunes. Then an element of Blade where they have humans who help them. A large company who has its hand in everything is actually run by werewolves. There is a large corporate headquarters which is a compound in which they lock themselves down during the moon but inside there are unsuspecting humans on who they feed. They have plans to take over the world and attempt to turn various celebrities and powerful people in their quest. Silver is at an all time high because they are buying all of it as a means of self preservation. There numbers are growing but still small, were they to be revealed as werewolves they know that they could still be wiped out by the remaining silver and governments would look to find more. Two people find out about their plans, they are former employees with important information so they must be taken alive and returned to the compound. The series follows them on the run as they try to evade capture, make weapons and get people to believe them. There is also internal strife between the Werewolf CEO and others who simply want to feed and live like they had for years.
