I've seen ads recently for a new Sci-Fi channel show called "Sanctuary." It's like the opposite of "Men in Black" or "Special Unit 2," where a group of people run a sanctuary to protect strange creatures from the regular people who don't understand them. Or something like that. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows any details about it. I presume there would have to be a werewolf or two somewhere along the way.
Also, from what little I've read, it apparently started a while ago as an online series of videos or somewhat. Not sure who made it or sponsored it.

Never heard of it before. Sound interesting though. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

This starts on ITV4 this Monday at 9pm. Apparently the main star used to be in one of the Stargates only with blonde hair.

There was a possible werewolf in the last episode of "Sanctuary" (entitled "The Five"). One of the characters saved another from a giant snake/lizard thing by tackling it through a window. When they showed a shot of him, it wasn't very close. All you could see was that he appeared to be covered in hair, and it started fading away.
The next episode teaser claims that this character (his name escapes me) will undergo some sort of treatment to keep him "human."

Okay, just watched the latest episode ("Edward"), and the character, Henry, is definitely a werewolf. He also decided to skip the treatment and accept his abnormality, so he's staying a werewolf for the time being. He doesn't seem to be affected by the moon. He was born a werewolf (found by one of the main characters, Magnus, in the Moors when he was young, he looked like a cave child before she took him in) and is just now starting to manifest his lycanthropy.
They showed the werewolf once; an autistic boy with extraordinary vision was able to see it when he looked at Henry. It was obviously CGI and didn't look like it had fur. I would say that it was better than the ones that were on "The Dresden Files" over a year ago, but not by too much.
