Have you checked out Grizzly II? I mean if I had to sit thru it, someone else should, too.

Avatar: The Way of the Water (2022)
I went ahead and picked this up since they released it in 3D and I wanted to support the format even if I didn't much care for Avatar. This one, while probably too long, I liked better for some reason.
Evil Dead Rise (2023)
This chapter of the Evil Dead saga hit streaming on Max so I checked it out. Not bad. Very bloody, as it should be, but still not a patch on the craziness of the originals.
Autumn Moon (2023)
Werewolf movie streaming on Tubi. Very slow and a lackluster werewolf once it finally starts getting screentime.
Blood & Gold (2023)
Kept seeing it compared to Quentin Tarantino but I watched it anyway. From the director/co-writer of the vampire flick "Blood Red Sky" which I also liked. A fun, violent film about a deserter from the German army during the last days of WWII and the SS unit after both him and hidden gold. On Netflix.
Predator (1987)
Sometimes you just have to go to the shelf and pull out a classic.

The Lake (2022)
They had me at "bloodthirsty monster." In this case, going after Thailand. Really nice monster effects but the rest of the movie didn't really hold together that well for me. Streaming on Tubi.
The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) Jurassic Park III (2001)
Since I watched the original not long ago and I still had a 'giant monster' itch going, I hit up Peacock for the sequels
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Well...of course I had to make the road trip to check this out in a theater. I thought it was decent. Liked it better than 'Crystal Skull.' Not precisely the sequel I wanted but it'll work.
Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)
Naturally, I had to go pull out my Blu and bask in the glory of the original.
She Came From the Woods (2023)
Throwback, 80s-set summer camp horror flick on Tubi. On their last night at camp, counselors awaken a decades-old evil for...reasons? Anyway, not awful.
Jaws (1975)
The 4th of July classic.
Night Hunter (2019)
Good thriller on Amazon Prime (or Pluto, it looks like, if you're not a Prime person). Minnesota cop Henry Cavill crosses paths with vigilante Ben Kingsley while chasing a particularly nasty killer. Alexandra Daddario, Stanley Tucci, and Nathan Fillion all show up, too.

Unlocked (2017)
Personal fave Noomi Rapace is a CIA agent called back into the field and into quite a bit of hot water in London. Also stars Michael Douglas, John Malkovich, and Orlando Bloom. On Prime and Tubi
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989)
Still in a pulp/Indy mood.
Baffled! (1972)
Leonard Nimoy is a race car driver who begins having psychic visions and tries to help the people he 'sees.' Pilot for a series that didn't get picked up. On Tubi.
The Prowler (1981)
Enough of the "80s-style" slashers, I had to go back to the real thing. Thirty-five or so years after a young couple was killed at a graduation dance, the dance is back on and a killer is back on the prowl. Starring classic Tom Savini special make-up effects. On Prime and Tubi.
The Burning (1981)
Made it a Savini double-feature with this one, with a pre-Seinfeld Jason Alexander. After being horribly burned during a summer camp practical joke, Cropsy returns to get payback. On Prime and Tubi.
Death Ship (1980)
George Kennedy comes out of the Airport series of films and shows he has no better luck captaining at sea as his cruise ship is sunk by a haunted WWII-era German vessel (which seems to particularly dislike co-star Nick Mancuso). Seventies stalwart Richard Crenna also stars. On Prime and Tubi.
Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
Was still in a pulpy mood so Cap vs. Nazis...er, I mean, Hydra, worked nicely.
Wonder Woman (2017)
And since I was watching heroes during the World Wars, I had to pull this disc, too.
Also been burning thru History's Greatest Mysteries on the History Channel app.

The Burning (1981) Made it a Savini double-feature with this one, with a pre-Seinfeld Jason Alexander. After being horribly burned during a summer camp practical joke, Cropsy returns to get payback. On Prime and Tubi. The raft massacre scene will forever bother me. None of those idiots thought to hit the water and swim to shore? If I survived his first strike, my ass would've done that.

I keep seeing that in my watchlist. I guess I need to watch it eventually. Grave Encounters (2011) Grave Encounters 2 (2012) Not a huge found-footage fan but I liked those two, especially the way they went into it with Part 2.

Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning - Part One (2023)
While everyone else was doing the Barbenheimer thing, I went to check out Hayley Atwell's newest.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984)
Since I've seen all the other Indy movies in the last few weeks, I figured it was time to sit thru this one again.
Subspecies V: Blood Rise (2023)
The long-awaited (?) sequel to the 90s movie series, straight from original writer/director Ted Nicolaou and bringing back Denise Duff and Anders Hove. Streaming on Tubi.
Dune (2021)
Hadn't seen this version yet and found the 3D Blu-ray so... Have to say, the whole 'Dune' thing just doesn't do it for me for some reason.
Bait (2012)
Haven't been doing many shark movies this summer but this was a bloody fun one and a cheap 3D Blu-ray.
Burial (2022)
The Hulu description reads: "In the last days of WWII, a band of Allied soldiers trafficking Hitler's remains out of Germany are ambushed by Nazi werewolves." Now I know when it comes to WWII, there's a better than even chance that the 'werewolves' won't be the fun ones but I took a chance. Decent movie but no, not the fun werewolves.
SAS: Red Notice (2021)
While at Hulu I also caught this one, involving a hijacked train in the Chunnel and a lone SAS member taking on the bad guys. Decent action flick.
The Dark Knight (2008)
I was in a Batman mood.
The Mummy (1999) The Mummy Returns (2001) The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008)
Still in a pulpy mood, I pulled out my Mummy discs. The first is still far and away the best but the others have fun stuff (like Michelle Yeoh in the third one...)
Marvel's The Avengers (2012)
Have to throw in some 3D superhero nonsense every now and then.
Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
Also have to throw in some Spidey every now and then and with this one pretty directly relating to The Avengers it seemed like the right choice.
Last Shift (2014)
No time like the present. Caught it on Amazon Prime.
Naked Zombie Girl is Back (2022)
I enjoyed the original short film, but this one is little more than a shorter remake. Pretty disappointed, really.

Streaming on Tubi. Last Shift (2014) No time like the present. Caught it on Amazon Prime. Ooh, I didn't know my Petty and messy Vampire Prince Radu is BACK!! The director of Last Shift recently dropped a bigger budget remake , with a different lead actress. Malum (2023)
