The next Underworld movie now has a title and synopsis:
UNDERWORLD 4: NEW DAWN
'After being held in a coma-like state for fifteen years, vampire Selene learns that she has a fourteen-year-old vampire/Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa, and when she finds her, they must stop BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all.'

Sounds all right. The title is cool. Hopefully it is classic Underworld with the Lycans kicking that vampire ass all over the place.

hmm, don't like the sound of this. I'm never keen on vampires that can have kids.

Last time I saw vampires that can have kids was an obscure movie called 'Van Helsing'. I rest my case.

Hmmm don't like the sound of this at all. Why do some sequel insist on adding children??? I'd prefer to see what happens to Selene and Michael right after the end of the 2nd one. Or another prequel featuring Lucien.

Underworld 4 - plots which would like to see:
1/ War between Vamps and Lycans ending where craven and lucian have their 'fight'
2/ Michael & Selene try to broker a peace between the vamps and lycans
3/ Michael mutates further and becomes uncontrollable, Selene hunts him whilst trying to stop others from hunting and killing him.
4/ Michael or Selene accidentally infects someone - who turns out to be a villian that tries to kill all vampires and werewolves.
5/ Selene now has the 'Corvenus trait' and catches a cold, which mutates and causes a new breed of immortals - Ghosts! - creatures of invisibility and freezing touches.

Vampires don't need to have children, they "reproduce" by transferal of blood to their victims, or by feeding off of someone and letting them live, depending on your mythos. Needing/having two methods to generate progeny/offspring/what-have-you seems odd to me.
