Hmmm was just about to vomit, then noticed the werewolves. There does look like there will be too much romance involve but could it really be any worse than the Line dancing howling movies?!

At least with the Howling, they've gone that far from the original story, the only similarity is the name. So, what I plan to do, is think of it as a film called 'Reborn' with a storyline about a woman that was raped by a werewolf, and as a result gave birth to a son. Who encounters a pack of cursed werewolves, which trigger his dormant inheritance from his father.
See, think of it like that and it has nothing to do with The Howling and instead comes a cross as only a little cheesy plot. And, if it doesn't give a background to the other werewolves, than I'll have it in my head that it was our protagonist himself who infected them when he was younger and got into a fight with 1 or more of them over the years, and bit them as he was fighting thus cursing them.
So at that point it's just a teen horror about werewolves.

Oh My GOD!!!!! it's only a 12 certificate !!!!
12!! for a 'Howling' werewolf horror film!!!!
It's enough to make a person do multiple !'s
Poor thing, the teen-angst bregade must have got to it with some nutcrackers to make it a 12!! What a complete waste of a major horror icon film name.
What's next?! An American Poodle in London!!
Why ruin 'Howling' when they could have used any name for this tween-love-flick-wannabe-twilight
grrrrr!

I guess we're getting a crappy cut version in the UK so that it appeals to all the fans of Twilight, etc.

Here's a glimpse of the US dvd for Howling Reborn. Very interesting to see the theme that was maintained from the original Howling (and Howling 2). Enjoy. <guilty grin> I'm still interested in seeing this film... Attachments:

Ok, that is a great cover!
But werewolf movies should never be 12-rated. As proved by Red Riding Hood and Blood and Chocolate.

I like the cover, and how it keeps with the original styling of the Howling.
Pitty the film itself isn't.
Of course I'm still going to buy it.
I wonder if, in 6 months or so, they'll fetch out a 'uncut' version? just to make people spend money again.
