Nu uh, Howling VIII would actually be one of the signs of the Apocalypse. I'm pretty sure it says so in the bible. Wouldn't know, never read it but your probably right. The four horsemen will probably arrive brandishing copies they will force sinners to watch!

[glow=red,2,300]And low, did the 8th angel appear, With fur and tooth and claw was he known.
In his right hand he held the howling silver circle of insanity. In his left hand was the beating heart of the world.[/glow]
Would be my guess of what the sign would read like.

For those that haven't seen it and have access to Zone Horror, they are now showing The Howling: New Moon Rising. It was on last night but they always repeat movies. I have recorded it on the Sky Plus so i'll get round to watching it at some point.

I managed about 10 minutes of New Moon Rising last night. Never seen it before, and based on that 10 mins I don't want to ever see it again. Brings bad down to a whole new level currently occupied by The Feeding.

Yep. Whenever anyone says some other movie is the worst werewolf movie ever I think they obviously haven't watched Howling 7.

It makes me scared, very scared. Can it actually be worse than Howling 2?
*hides under blanket until they stop showing it*

You will be *begging* to watch Howling 2....trust me. In the immortal words of Han Solo..."It's Worse!" It is awful, but what's worse, there is continuous, gratuitous, terrible country and western music and line dancing, Yes....LINE DANCING!! The horror, the horror...

Yeah, the line dancing really caught me off-guard when I saw it. I caught the movie on late-night Cinemax a few months ago. I believe I saw Howling 2 on the same channel just weeks before that. Howling 2 is definitely more tolerable, yet still extremely hard to watch all the way through. The end credits are actually somewhat of a reward for watching the whole damn atrocity. I still have not seen 3, 4, 5, or 6. They really do need to release a boxed set.

I, especially after hearing werewolf on it, still think anything with Christopher Lee in it can't be that bad. Naive little me

Hawkeye, i think if you watched it with the sound off and only actually put the sound on when Chris Lee is on screen and talking it's not a bad movie!

I'll watch any Howling movie twice in a row before I sit down to another 10 minutes of Bloodz vs Wulves. That is EASILY my new least fave werewolf flick.
